Luara + Wayster

This day was LIT. A stunning couple with the most fun personalities and their precious little Frenchie named Prada made this elopement day freakin' fun! We actually had to reschedule for the following day due to insane winds and heavy rain on their planned date. It worked out perfectly in the end though, because this day turned out to be sunny with the bluest of skies and comfy temps for a day in February. The bride donned a captivating long white silk gown complete with pearl buttons trailing down her back, custom made in her home country of Brazil: a special memoir. Her delicate gloves made the dress pop with that vintage look. The groom was looking very dapper dressed to the nines in classy black. An outfit change halfway through the photoshoot switched things up as Luara wore a sassy, short business-type dress. I love when clients want to change things up and add more variety to their day! Why just choose one dress when you can have two?! Outfit changes in the car and helping each other get ready on the sidewalk added even more fun to their special day. What fun memories they made on this day.

Luara and Wayster were both born and raised in Brazil, but have recently moved to the States to begin a new life of adventure together. They chose Charleston to elope in because of it's old charm, beauty and history of the USA. The Holy City, as it's also known as, was founded in 1670 and was huge in commercial trade. There's so many stories that these old buildings can tell, as they've seen centuries of life pass by them.

We can't forget to mention the car. A huge thank you to The Pink Figgy: the cutest little car around Charleston. A rare find in the States and even more rare in powder pink. She's available to rent for photoshoots around the area. You can reserve it here: https://www.thepinkfiggy.com/services
